About the Course
Patterns within Our Relationships We often find ourselves repeating certain patterns throughout our lives, sometimes without even realizing it. These patterns can shape our experiences, influence our choices, and impact the way we connect with others. In the following chapters, we will explore this concept in greater depth, with a particular emphasis on the patterns that emerge within our dating relationships. By examining these recurring behaviors and tendencies, we can gain valuable insights into ourselves and our interactions, ultimately empowering us to foster healthier, more fulfilling connections.
